again a beginner with same boring ques...but still..help!!
i am a 22 year old... 181lbs guy with 13-14% body fat... and thinking to start a bulking cycle...but my questions are
1) testes shrunk...agree they will....but will they return to their normal size after PCT... or i have to sacrifice something to get big.??
2) if someone isnt able to continue or something happens to the guy in between..then what?? or going on a holiday for a week....then what??
3) should i reduce my body fat with a clen /T3 cycle before bulking up coz i am only 12lbs away for 7% bodyfat and 6 packs....and which is easy to achieve with clent3 because i can workout twice a day....1hr cardio in morning and weight training with 30min cardio after it....... its like i am only 2weeks away.....or should i bulk up and then cut myself.??
i know i am sounding stupid but still its my first time....so am confused... sp help!!
check out my pic.....well one more thing...i lost about 55lbs now not able to lose more naturally....

As far as aas, you won't find any advice other than diet and training until your about 25 years old. This site and it's members do not want see young guys harming themselves by starting aas when too young and very few here will give any cycle advice to those under 25.

I would bet if wrote down everything you ate over the course of a week, you would figure out why your not losing bodyfat.
Hit the diet section and try cardio first thing in the am before eating, 20 min 3x a week to get your metabolism in high gear.
