    Need Help with cycle

    Hey guys im coming off an injury and was hoping to start a stack that would help my recovery time while gaining some strength in the process. Im just concerned and my pct what i should take and how much of it plus witch weeks i should put them into use i would really appreciate the help and advice.. Thanks so here's my cycle

    Test 200mg week 1-10
    anavar 40-50mg week 1-10
    clomid 50 mg week 7-10
    Arimdex .5mg or proviron don't know when to start or which is beter
    nova dont know which week to start and how much to take

    What test ester and what kind of injury?

    also stats, cycle history etc.

    Recover fully first. You will wind up injuring yourself again. Also 200 mg is not enough in my opinion to shut my natty test down. Get healed then look at this. And do more research on a test only cycle and your pct. welcome

    Cape is right. I don't see any benefit in that cycle. The doses are low all around and if the anavar is weekly, I don't think you'll see much if anything from 50 mg per week. You should get healed first. There is a lot of controversy over anabolics and healing. Some papers in the medical archives suggest steroids can accelerate healing while others have shown that it can impair healing, so IMO, the verdict is still out on the benefits. GH is another story. Many pro athletes use it to promote healing, however, in the early stages, the edema and water retention caused by GH can impair healing. A lot of this stuff comes down to timing and dosing protocols. If done incorrectly, you could aggravate your injury, do further damage, and just take longer to heal. Moreover, if you get back to lifting too soon, you can (and likely will) reinjure the area or overcompensate and tear something else (example a tendon or ligament). I know its tough riding out an injury but you are far better off getting yourself healed and THEN get back on track.

    Well my injury was a torn lateral meniscus i had surgery about two weeks ago and now doing physical therapy. The test i was going to run is test cypionate 200mg, im not looking to gain much size, im looking to speeding up my recover and running the anavar hopefully getting a little stronger. Im not looking to compete or become a bodybuilder i just want a little boost to getting over this hump. I didint want to run more than 200 mg a week of test cause im acne prone and would hate to break out cause when i was on winstrol after my cycle my face looked like a pepperoni pizza maybe it was cause i didnt pct? I figure 200 mg a week of test for ten weeks with 50 mg of anavar would be descent, let me know what you think after knowing my injury and what yall would do.. Thanks

    I have bad knees too. I take about 200mg Test + 200mg Deca per week for 12 weeks. It's made my knees feel a lot better. Cape does have a point. 200mg/wk of Test isn't going to be too much over your normal production. You're gonna get shut down. However, in my case it's helped me and it was worth it.
