I was hoping somebody could answer this kid's question because I'm experiencing something similar. I'm using an AI though.

Get arimadex as soon as possible. Take 25mcg/ed until you feel the pain go away and the lump disappears. Then take 25mcg/eod until the end of your cycle. Gyno is no laughing matter it could be pre-cancerous.
