How long do you want your natural testicular function to be shutdown for? The longer you run, the more difficult it will be to recover.

Also, who told you to do Tren on first cycle?... What were the dosages if you don't mind me asking.

low doses are typically trt and run in the range of 100mg/week

but there is nothing low about your dose of 75mg/day. that comes to 525mg/week, which is a standard cycle of test prop. 8 to 10 weeks would be a good duration. you do not want to run excessively long cycles due to the impact it will have on your recovery time. And at 36, you will begin to become at risk for "old man's disease" (low libido, ED) by cycling, even with a normal duration. taking on a long duration increases your risk of this, regardless of how good your pct protocol is.

sorry. just did a reread, and you are at 75mg eod. time to clean my glasses!

My comment changes then. at 267.5mg/week, this dose is too low for bodybuilding, and too high for cycling. the only reason to take this dose is to cover loss of natty test production due to taking an oral or other AAS, but the only thing you are taking is 20 to 30 mg var/day, really another useless dose. Var starts providing benefits at around 50mg/day. I've ramped it up to 100mg/day, probably the most you should take.

You still should not be doing long cycles due to the above reasons i've mentioned. the longer you cycle, the longer you are shut down, and the bigger the risk at your age of devleping sides like ED and low Libido.

So let me ask you, and not to be disrespectful, but how did you come up with such a goofy cycle protocol?

I appreciate the input. The structure for the cycle was intended to provide a moderate strength increase with some muscle gain. As it turns out I gained a little more than I anticipated, going from 168lbs 12% bf to 182lbs 10%bf and my strength increased 30% on average across the board. I guess I'm just highly receptive to AAS.
