i work 10 hours almost everyday so nutrition is hard but i make due. here it is.
Diet:
meal 1 5am- cup of oats with protein shake
meal 2 630am- 2 cups egg whites, 1/4 cup almonds, 4 oz of turkey or 98% fat free ham
meal 3 830am- protein bar (pure protein)
meal 4 10am- 6 oz of chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice or whole meal pasta and 7 oz of veggies
meal 5 1130am- protein shake, 1/4 cup almonds
meal 6 1230pm- 7oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice or whole meal pasta and 7 oz veggies
meal 7 2pm- protein shake, can tuna
meal 8 330pm- protein bar (pure protein)
meal 9 5pm- 6oz of fish with 1 cup brown rice and 5 oz veggies
meal 10 8pm- post workout 2 protein shakes and 3/4 of oats
meal 11 10pm- 1 can of chicken (55 g protein) 7 oz of veggies ,usually no carbs.

fat i keep to a minimal
this is how its been for almost a year now, very consistent. if anything is wrong or would like to inform me on something important i would appreciate it. more knowledge the better.

cycle i just STARTED:
today will be a week into it
tren/sust nova/clomid e3d. 10 week cycle. 1 cc of each twice a week. so 4 cc total. and should i run sust 2 weeks longer? and when should i start pct i was thinking like 8 days after last shot? would u recommend hcg?
need anymore information please let me know i would rather not just take advice from fellow mates at the gym. i have done a ton of research but everyone has there own opinions especially for this particular cycle. But i would like to be well informed. And with my diet how it is what do you suspect the end results will be? bf% drop, lean muscle mass shoots up?
