    Throw some knowledge at me

    Personal info:

    Age-21
    cycles-0 (besides ph)
    Lifting experience- 5 years
    height- 5'10
    weight- 190
    bf%- 9%

    i work 10 hours almost everyday so nutrition is hard but i make due. here it is.

    Diet:

    meal 1 5am- cup of oats with protein shake
    meal 2 630am- 2 cups egg whites, 1/4 cup almonds, 4 oz of turkey or 98% fat free ham
    meal 3 830am- protein bar (pure protein)
    meal 4 10am- 6 oz of chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice or whole meal pasta and 7 oz of veggies
    meal 5 1130am- protein shake, 1/4 cup almonds
    meal 6 1230pm- 7oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice or whole meal pasta and 7 oz veggies
    meal 7 2pm- protein shake, can tuna
    meal 8 330pm- protein bar (pure protein)
    meal 9 5pm- 6oz of fish with 1 cup brown rice and 5 oz veggies
    meal 10 8pm- post workout 2 protein shakes and 3/4 of oats
    meal 11 10pm- 1 can of chicken (55 g protein) 7 oz of veggies ,usually no carbs.
    bed
    meal 12 2am- 1 cup of cottage cheese
    sleep

    protein intake about 400
    carb intake about 350
    fat i keep to a minimal

    this is how its been for almost a year now, very consistent. if anything is wrong or would like to inform me on something important i would appreciate it. more knowledge the better.

    supplements:

    multi vitamins
    ON protein
    post workout
    pre workout


    cycle i just STARTED:
    today will be a week into it
    tren/sust nova/clomid e3d. 10 week cycle. 1 cc of each twice a week. so 4 cc total. and should i run sust 2 weeks longer? and when should i start pct i was thinking like 8 days after last shot? would u recommend hcg?

    need anymore information please let me know i would rather not just take advice from fellow mates at the gym. i have done a ton of research but everyone has there own opinions especially for this particular cycle. But i would like to be well informed. And with my diet how it is what do you suspect the end results will be? bf% drop, lean muscle mass shoots up?

    Tren at the age of 21 on a first cycle. Did you even research?

    i know there are many risks and i know it probably wasnt the best option especially for my first cycle.n. But i made that choice, and will live with the consquenses.

    Tren at 21 years old for a first cycle. Very bad idea. I would stop now.

    Tren and Nolva is NOT a good combo on cycle. No AI, no PCT info. This is really scary.

    Stop now, you'll do yourself a favor. This is a very uneducated cycle and WILL do some damage. Use the nutrition forum to fix your diet, once you're done and implemented then we can talk AAS.

    Like YOU said you made the choice.We dont give cycle advice to anyone under 25 do to health risks.We made that choice!

    190 at 5'-10" at age 21 is pretty good man. I would hold off on the juice for a few years if i were you.

    Yeah, this ^^ or you're lying.. 5'10 at 9% 190 21 (with that type of weak diet) Is hell of genetic potential there.. plus I find a bit of incongruency with your post, for if you had done proper research you would have put off cycling for a few more years unless your trying to become pro.

    i think the 2 am is one of those wake up to an alarm meals
