AI dosage.

Hello Everyone.

I going to start my first cycle consisting of:

1 - 10 500mg test e ew (250mg monday 250 thursday)
21 days later 40/40/20/20 Nolvadex

My question is how to dosage my AI (Arimidex) over the course of my cycle.
I have read some who claim 0.25 mg eod is the right amount and some who say they use 1mg eod.
The tablets that i can get a hold of are 1mg tablets, so if i were to dose it at 0.25mg eod, would i then have to cut my tablet in 4?

Yes, .25 would a quarter of a pill.

Please reconsider this cycle at 22 years old. It's much safer to cycle 2 to 3 years from now. You can use that time to fix your diet in our nutrition section and learn more about your body and effects of AAS on the younger folks. You will probably see results, but theres a good chance you will see damage in the long run. Your PCT timing is off and will not suffice so this tells me that you have a lot more research to do.

Take advantage of your natural ability now (I wish I did), and get your diet fixed. Most young folks are not seeing results they want because they dont eat, train and sleep properly. Give it an honest try. You owe it to yourself.
