    Test c strenth gains

Just wondering what strength gains can be expected with test cyp. I am just starting 5th week, 250 on thurs and Sunday. Kick started cycle with var at 50 twice day. Not bad gains, added about 7 lbs while losing 10lbs fat. Strength gains weren't enormous, but not bad. Thanks for replys

A lot of things factor in to get the best gains. A Test C. cycle will give you killer gains but your diet is a huge key in this. You could expect more gains, definitely.

To hold these gains permanently PCT is crucial.

I'm in week 6 of my test cyp 500mg ew/ masterone (just started one week ago) 400mg ew cycle. I also just added helladrol at 100mg Ed.. On my 3rd day so far. So pretty much my cycle has been close to yours at this point with the exception of var. Var gets me pretty strong by itself. So far on test cyp I have noticed about 50 lbs increase on bench, 15 to 20lb in curls and a lot in squats. I can rep 315 for 15, 3 sets pretty easy now where as before I was doing it 1 set of 10 on my 4th set.... Hopefully that was an understandable statement lol

    Squat usual 135, 185, 225, 315, 225 all for 10 reps
    Squat now 135, 225, 315, 315, 315, 225, 135 deep deep all for 15 reps

So all in all I have noticed a huge difference in strength and also have went from 178 to 192 so far. I'm hoping to top out around 205.. But I have gained about 2 lbs in fat. I'm now 11.7% bf. I eat eat eat though. Hopefully that helps you out a little.

i started seeing MAJOR strength gains around week 5 or 6 of my first test cycle. incline bench went from 225x10 to 315x15 by end of cycle. seemed crazy. but it was real. then after cycle it tapered off . I also went from about 80lb db press to 125 db pressx15... AAS works!

Its hard to say exactly because of so many factors,,,it's purely individual,,,if you train hard and eat correctly though you should
notice some very nice gains in lean muscle and strength.

Wow, that is some crazy strength gains! How much test were you taking per week? How long was your cycle? Did you run a proper PCT?

Gearbox I am doing 250 on thurs and 250 on sunday for 500 ew, those are some nice strength gains, maybe mine test still hasn't kicked in yet. My bench went from 275 to 315 on var, squats I use as my power set so I do 4 sets 3-5 reps, 225,315,365, 405. Dead lifts I only work up to 315 for 10, don't like to go heavy being hurt my back 17 years ago doing them heavy. Never been strong in bench so doing 315 is nice for me. Thanks for the input.
