question for beginner
just wanted to start of by saying, im a noob in every sense of the word, so please don't belittle me. i came here to learn and to expand my mind. so with that out of the way, i am interested in starting some kind of cycle for muscle gains. i recently finished my cutting cycle.....(let me rephrase, i mean i had some thermos, basically all legal stuff). so now i want to bulk up. i'll keep in line with the forum rules and not ask where i can get it. matter of fact, i have no idea what i would need. so with that said. if anyone would like to pm me and is a reliable person to talk to , i would appreciate that. if you do have some advice as to "what" i "would" need, then by all means , please post it so i can get an idea of where to start. I do hear that beginners tend to see the most results. what i'm actually looking for is to go through one complete cycle of bulk and one complete cycle of cut, with "hush hush" stuff. thanks again guys.

Hey brother! Welcome to the board. Kudos on taking the right approach to ask questions and seek advice before jumping in with both feet and no parachute!
If you come here with a sincere interest to learn and some humility, no one's going to belittle you. We do get a lot of arrogant guys that come here thinking they know everything, have started cycles with compounds they know nothing about, no PCT or AIs planned with some of the harshest compounds around, and bo structured diets, coping attitudes when we try to set them on a better path. Those guys are just asking for grief!
I'm sure you'll hear from other guys here and many with years and years of knowledge, so be ready for some valuable input.
To get us started, give us some info on your stats, training, diet, and goals.
....good to have another guy from SF here!!!

Well. Im not originally from sf. Im a chicago native that moved to san diego to get away from all that damn snow :).
My stats are.....
6ft1
Lets say a good 170lbs. Its all the trail mixes fault lol not to mention tacos etc... i just started eating like this to bulk. My workouts consist of everything from top to bottom. Mondays are usually upperback and shoulders. Tuesdays are arms. Wed are abs. Thursdays are chest. Fridays are pretty much an everything day, meaning i hit each body part per exercise. Sat are pretty much whatever i feel like. Sometimes abs only. Today i did little bit of everything. Sundays are strictly legs. Cant forget those. Ill also get on the bike and do 10 miles. Usually takes about 15 min. So yeah. I enjoy going to the gym so much, i do it 7 days a week. .
Just a pic of what i used to look lik a couple weeks ago. Now since i eat eat and eat, not so much now lol. The 6 pack is still kind of there but the definition is going away naturally.
I hope this gives you an idea. Thanks

start reading the educational threads in this section and the pct section. That will give you 99% of the info you need. Feel free to ask questions you have from there or what you dont understand

Get you diet in first. That will be one of the major factors, if and when you decide to cycle.

^^^Agree. Hit the nutrition forum and see what the experts there can help you with first. Sometimes minor changes can give you big benefits.
And welcome.
