Hgh
hey guys im 19 years old and im 5'6 do you think i would be able to get my doctor to prescribe HGH to me.
Further info when i was 6 years old i was going to get HGH or some sort of steroid to help me grow taller due to my skeletal structure being to small or something like that. Is this something that i should mention to my doctor that could help me here?????

Are there any specific workouts i can do at the gym to help me grow at least a inch or 2? i was told to do power lifts and squats to help out is this true?
also any other supplements i should try and take to help out here? any advice would help ive always been the shortest and its held me back in many way so please help!

Unlikely. GH is only approved for GHD and at 19 you're likely near or at your genetic height potential. If for some reason your natty GH was low, only then might it be an option. The only other pending application for GH is in HIV and AIDS at present.

if your doctor is the one covered by your insurance company, i'd say practically zero.

there is nothing you can do about your height. There is a nutrition section here for help with your diet.
I'm also 5'6. I dont know how your height is or could be holding you back. It only can if you let it. It never has been an issue for me.If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

you should start to do lower body movements such as a back squat, leg press etc at your % of 1rm between 70 and 80 percent. with a rest of 1 min in between each set do around 4 sets. thoracic loading at those specific variables have been shown to increase testosterone and growth hormone production afterwards do that twice a week mon and fri.
