    hcg on a first test e only cycle...

    i tried searching but the search results came no results when i searched "hcg" because its only 3 letters... so this has been a struggle for me to get more info on... and looking for feedback...

    but if i were to run a 12 week test e cycle. how would my hcg plan look like?

    Is this a good hcg plan?


    500iu's a week of HCG for my entire 12 week cycle. (250 iu 2x a week... same day as my test e injections)


    Then... I plan on using 500iu injection everyday for 10 days starting in the beginning of week 13. (stopping 4 days before PCT)

    also i also read somewhere that anything less than 500 iu in a shot is a waste . but not sure if this is true or not.

    i also heard to take 500 iu hcg every 3rd or 4th day is best.

    i hear so many things. which is best.

    nah id never cycle at 20. thats way to young it wont matter how big i am when i cant get it up. lol.

    but im 21 years old right now. and im just trying to get the info that i need for later when i cycle.


    there is a possibility that i will cycle next summer when im 22.(still young) but that is just a possibility.. i still think about it everyday. but i would like to get info so when the times comes, im fully knowledgeable to run a test e cycle.

    Really now is the time to research diet and exercise and take full advantage of your natural ability. If that's you in the avi your not there yet. From 20 to 25 you really begin to fill out and become a man. Perfect time to maximize gains.

    my avi is old and that wasnt even me with a good pump. it was after a shower on a rest day. i was a fat **** in my avi bulking with weight gainers and having to much whey protein . i fixed up my diet then the gains began to rly come through.


    (still not saying that i reached my genetic potential cuz i know i havent) but im just saying, that extra boost from a test e cycle will have me pretty damn close to what i want to look like... in short time. i want to look good in my prime years... in my college years.. just that extra 10 or so lbs of muscle is what i want. then i will be happy ... for now..... i have bigger plans in my later 20's.. but best is yet to come.

    but ur saying i have to wait till im 25 to research about steroids? i shouldnt be doing any research now. im not going to cycle now. IF anything i will cycle next summer when i am 22 when i am shredded and have a nice lean base.


    i have friends doing pro hormones and injecting when they are like 20-21. and some of them 19 and they are all fine. so it just makes me want that extra boost that they get since they seem ok. im willing to gamble.. just 1 cycle, then i will wait till im 25+ to cycle again.

    Mate you have no business doing AAS or researching it.
    What harm can it do by researching it you ask? Listen to you, your already wanting to do it next year based on your mates doing it and you dont want to be the odd one out and over looked. This is not a reason to do AAS and researching it is only going to spur you on to make this mistake faster.

    Apart from that, I remember you personally messaging me on bodybuilding .com over your bulk that you posted on there. The end result was you had very little knowledge about nutrition or exercise. Also that last progress picture you just uploaded to show your current physique, was taken in the same space of time your display picture was. It's simply different lighting and angle. Whats even more absurd is that since the last time i seen that photo, you've even gone to the extreme of photoshopping it to make yourself look bigger. The tiles on the bathroom are curved and it doesn't look proportional at all.

    You want to research something, research diet and exercise and practice it till it becomes consistent enough that your seeing proper gains over an extended period of time. It is an absolute joke that your even thinking about doing AAS let alone doing it in the near future.

    I'm sure if your account was still active. A quick link to your posts / threads would have sufficed. The reality is that a month after your cycle your going to realize that you dont have the knowledge and consistency you think you have. Which obviously you will try to rationalize as a learning mistake at the cost of your health after all is said and done. The thing that frustrates me is that it's this kind of behaviour that brings a bad name to the lifestyle choice. Which is primarily the reason I'm even posting in this thread. All frustrations aside. What harm can come from putting this off for two years and focusing on learning nutrition and exercise properly?
