Your description sounds kinda strange, when your testes are full you will be able to feel the fullness and size of them. Although testicular volume will have an effect on the amount of "hang", temp plays a larger role in scrotal sack hang than testicle size. Looseness or tightness of the srotum is largely dependent on temperature as when the testes are too hot the body will allow them to descend to allow them to cool. Conversly when the testes are too cold the scrotum will retract to pull them toward the heat of the body.

As said HCG can be bad or additionally can vary in effectiveness by a LARGE amount, I just payed 4 times as much to get some HCG from a European pharma than the same supplier charges for Indian pharma HCG. I am on AAS constantly and had been using Indian pharma HCG now with the brand change from my first two doses of 500 IU's I have already noticed a drop from where they were prior.
