Need help with new cycle..

I'm 37 years 5 9" 195pounds. This would be my third cycle in 3 years. My last cycle was in April last year for 10 weeks of test n deca .
This time I have sustanon 250 (2 of them 20 ml) and test-400 and 100 20 mg anavars. Also 1 bottle of hcg so I could use towards the end. And novadex 20 mg got 100 of those for my pct.
I was thinking of doing a cycle of about 4 months I guess taking it easy like 1 shot a week.
My questions is . Is this a good cycle.? I want to get big but try not to gain so much weight.

I guess what I'm trying to say is ,with the stuff that I have - could I make a good cycle out of it??
And if so, how long should I make my cycle for?
Or does anyone have any opinions of what I have?

You didn't tell us how much test you have. One 10 ml test 400 + the 20 ml sustonon 250 (Test blend) over 14 weeks comes out to 642mg a week then the anavar . 16 weeks is 562mg a week plus the anavar.
