    First Cycle

    Hey guys I am 27 yo 187 18% bf I going to do my first cycle of test and Deca wich is the dose that I should use please advice I am new on this

    How tall? Either way you have some serious natural progress to make before using AAS IMO.

    what kind of test do you plan on using?
    I would forget the deca.
    What are your goals of the cycle?
    Do you have an ai and pct?
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
