Stanozolol, how to take through out the day?

I'm suppose to be on 50mgs a day, what's the best way to take this, all at once, spread out though the day?, also on empty stomach, or with food?

Can be taken all at once. Best to split it up to keep blood levels stable.
Also best to take it with food
