Not sure what you are asking. Are you simply asking how much you should use? If so, there are some simple starter cycles that are easy to find on this site.
If you have more complicated questions, post up your age, height, weight, body fat, years lifting and goals so people can help out.
The only calculation you need to figure out at 20 yrs old is your macros for your food and your tdee. Use these calculations to grow and get a good base.

log2(x) = 0 or log2(x) – 2 = 0
20 = x or log2(x) = 2
1 = x or 22 = x
1 = x or 4 = x
