1st Cycle - Test-E - Help with getting everything I need
Stats - I'm 34 years old, 6' tall, weight 210lbs. Body fat - ??? I don't know how to measure it. I can post a pic to help if necessary. I"m looking for a clean 15lbs of muscle when all is said and done, then will cut with diet/cardio.
I am at the point where I want to finally pin and am done with nonsense supplements like trib, etc. Just from a money perspective, I probably spent 20x more money on these natural bullshit supplements through the years than I would with actual steroids . Kinda funny. I want some real gains and strength. I've never done this before and know how important more than anything it is to follow correct PCT procedures.
I want to run my cycle with TEST-E at 500MG's a week, pinning on Monday/ THursday, etc. to sustain proper blood levels. I'm ONLY running the TEST-E and am not and will not be stacking with anything else. Just want a nice clean 10 week cycle as my first one to see how everything goes.
THAT MUCH I know, but can someone tell me what THEY would recommend to buy in terms of the PCT and anything during the cycle to combat estrogen, etc. if needed. Whatever you tell me to buy/ use I will take full advice. Don't wanna F*CK this up and miss anything important.

a.i on cycle, .25mg adex eod is good place to start
pct 14 days after last pin
clomid 100/100/50/50 or if you experience sides then cut dose in half, nolva 40/40/20/20
only problem i forsee is your expetactions, 15lbs of lbm is alot to expect from 1 cycke unless your miles from genetic potential, even then its alot to ask post pct,
it diet that determines how much you gain/keep so be sure to have it in check

Question for you....... what's a realistic expectation for gains after a 10 week TEST - E cycle? I keep reading what I thought was nonsense on some of these sites, of 20-30lbs, etc. with taking in a TON of protein/ calories. Too me that seemed a little ridiculous and has to be mostly water weight, etc. Just curious AFTER PCT is all said and done, what would be realistic. And I'd be fine with a lower #, cause I seriously don't want to blow up like a freak after the cycle. 5-8lbs of muscle and I'd be super happy!

Everything Dan said is accurate, before you start your cycle get your diet perfect and stick with it, go to the nutrition section and ask questions, those guys/gals are great! Also I would recommend pushing your cycle to 12 weeks! I ran the same cycle and the real gains didn't start till around week 7! Just something to think about.
