New here and have some questions please help out.
Usually member on BB.com but they dont allow questions like this. But I would like to do an oral cycle. I was thinking superdrol. Now Im just confused on many example cycles. Do you take it everyday or just lift days? was going to do 4 weeks at 10/20/20/20. I have a list of herbal stuff for PCT during the cycle and before. Now do i need to take anything besides these with my sdrol cycle..like some support? then whats a good pct cycle?

First. Welcome to the forum. Second, take some time and really read through all the sticky threads at the top of the forum. Many of your questions will be answered there. And whoever gave you that advice, just punch them square in the face. Herbal pct? You can put on quick weight but it's mostly water which you will lose. Can also cause liver issues. If this is your first foray into AAS just look into a simple Test cycle.
Before you get much further from the membership here you will need to post your stats, goals, etc.

My stats right now are 6"1 174lbs around 12%bf pretty lean. Lifts are alright not really sure what my one rep max's are. I know people say its stupid to do oral etc. but i would rather do oral than inject. Any advice on what?
no one told me to do those herbals at PCT just in addition for like helping the liver etc.

If someone could point me in the direction or help me i would be so grateful. there is just so much its overwhelming me. Is there like a list of everything i need to do first run. Like i saw a stick about gyno stuff so i dont know if i need that then what to take with sdrol etc. Thanks again sorry im so clueless been researching for a long time actually just keep seeing things that confuse me etc.
If sdrol is a bad idea thats fine people have said thats not a bad oral so was thinking that. I just would like to keep some of the gains. Also i have all my macros in check eat enough protein and i get in around 4200 calories a day.

^^^That about sums it up. Cement don't rush things. It sounds to me like you can probably make some good progress if you ventured into the nutrition forum and got some guidance there first. Your best bet is to max out your potential naturally first, then AAS if your so inclined.
So, be patient. Read everything here that you can and follow some of the veteran members posts. You can learn alot and save yourself time and issues down the road. Good luck.
