E and C are virtually the same thing and recommended for 1st timers because of the longer ester. So that you dont have to frequently every week.. It takes 5+ weeks for effects to take place, where P has to be pinned more frequently but your body will respond much faster.
If you don't mind the extra pinning the prop would be a better choice imo. You can run your cycle shorter and that generally means better recovery.
You gotta remember prop feels like a semi truck hit you, where as e or c feels like a pinto
