    curious if there is a detailed description of a full cycle online

    I was just wondering if SOMEWHERE out there on the internet, there was a detailed step by step description of someone going through a cycle. Maybe like in a blog or a book that would be available online. from the moment hes got all his gear, planning out his cycle, taking you through the injection process, any side effects and how to deal with them, documenting gains, doc-ing PCT, then info on the month or so after pct is over. i know that was a pretty damn specific question but i know theres books on AAS out there and I have a decent amount of info that i've learned off of this site but ive never done a cycle and it would be cool if i could see if there was anything im missing, because i got info on like PCT, and what different gear does and stuff like that but to see it all put together in order would be great. welp...this went on for longer than I expected, but if its out there, please, let me know. and if its not...someone should do it. like a gear diary or somethin. ANYWAY thanks

    Hello mate

    Well this forum is a great start. What you could do is post your stats and what you are looking to achieve as well as any past experience and I'm sure you will get plenty of suggestions of what may work well for you.

    If you did want a reference book though, there are quite a few on amazon. Just type steroids in the book section and read the reviews for each one to get an idea of how useful people have found each one.

    *height: 6'2'' *weight: 190-195lbs *BF%: most likely around 12% (i can see all my abs but not shredded) *training experience: really thorough diet/training/supplementation for the past 4 years solid, but ive been in the gym since i was a kid, i did a few gut camps for football and my dad showed me some stuff but i didnt know what i was doing. *cycle experience: none yet *goals: I really just want to put on 10-20lbs and drop a couple % BF. I really want to focus on getting my shoulders and triceps bigger and some size on my legs as well, although i dont think exercise selection is the issue, its just godda take time due to genetics. thank you for the advice on the book search though

    also, its really aggravating trying to find this shit, im not trying to fish for anything right here (i dont think id trust buying it online anyway) but i cant see how people say AAS are so popular though, if you try to order from a website they will rob you, you try to ask someone and they shun you or rip you off. i could find heroin or crack if i wanted to easily but trying to take my body to the next level is pretty much impossible. ive never known about a legit source, but idk i just figured if i wanted to do it, i would just need to look for like a couple weeks or a month tops and something would pop up but nothing. again im really not trying to ask without asking i just dont think it possible to be in this world without feeling like people are out to get you or feeling like a criminal.

    I think most here don't feel like criminals. IMO the only reason it's illegal is cuz it works and then there's the taboo out there cuz the general public just don't get to see what it takes. ie diet and training wise to get in that good of shape. Also your still under 25 do most will tell you keep going natty until then and in the mean time keep reading and learning. When the time is right. You'll find it.

    well as far as the "feeling like a criminal" statement, i (obviously) do not consider anyone who uses gear to be a criminal, but when you need to hide what your doing from people and think about like "where could i get this package sent to" or "should i make a fake name" its annoying because i dont feel like im doing anything wrong and i dont have bad intentions at all. But the way the news and articles on the internet makes it seem like theres a guy at every gym, every high school locker room, and every street corner that wants to sell this stuff to you and if you make the decision to do it, its right there waiting for you. when what i have found is that much worse shit is right there in front of me, while AAS are no where to be found and if you ask anyone about them, they get all pissed and you feel like an ass. i should probably end this now, it probly makes me look bad anyway haha ill quit bitchin'

    Be patient and stick around and learn. Trust me, get to the guys here, listen to their advise, and when the time is right you'll find what you need and you'll be al set. But 100% of the people here will start by telling you your still a bit young. The risk far outward the reward as I'm sure your not a pro BB, a male stripper, or in the porn biz. So why take the chances of f**king up your system and. Being screwed later in life just for 10-20 lbs your just gonna lose if you don't understand how to eat and train. I'm not saying eat bad or do work out hard all ready, cuz I don't know you. Just be sure all that is 100% in place before you go injecting things like AAS in to your body. So again. Get all the facts check out the stickies and try to make sense of it and when you get stuck ask, nobody here wants you to Hirt yourself you you'll get answers but they are not gonna sit u down and plan a cycle and diet and workout plan for you. That's for sure. The questions your asking now are basic noob questions and the answers lye all over this forum. Do some searching and let me know how it goes. If I can help I will. If I can't.     I completely agree with you on the source issue, I had the same problem for months! I can get hookers and blow on the corner, but god forbid trying to find gear lol. Luckily enough I found out one of my employees is pinning and I talked with him over a beer and he was able to hook me up. Hopefully something falls your way. Like stated don't be in a hurry. I know I was and I have everything I need and the urge to start pinning is there because I want to get big, but I want to stay big as well so I am working on getting my diet in check before I start.

    I believe what you're looking for is called a log, Google a compound and then type log after it. Granted not all will be as detailed as you need, but some out there have kept great logs, they''re good reads.

    You should check out the sub forum thread "members cycle results". There are a lot of cycle logs that post their progress and experiences along the way of their cycles. It might not be exactly what your looking for, but it's cool to be able to keep up with the members and their gains.

    First of all thank you for taking the time to reply to me and give some whole hearted advice about being too young, and thats true, normally i would be too young (and i actually might be too young myself either way) but Im on TRT im on the Testim gel so i already "technically" have AAS flowing through my body as i speak but im not cycling and never have cycled so i have no shame in saying im a noob because im as green as they come haha but as far as the being too young thing...maybe i am still too young to cycle i dont know, but if there was a case when a 23 year old would be able to start cycling without completely effing my ish up...my logic would be that i would be ready to. I am absolutely 100% NOT saying im not going to listen to the well-versed, VERY knowledgeable guys on here, because I am going to listen to you guys. I do realize that I am kinda rushing the whole thing and i will wait a bit longer but i feel like i have everything in line other than the amount of info on AAS i have. I eat a good diet (granted its not 100% perfect but its very good and i rarely sway from it) i have a good training base, im taking classes for personal training, so i am getting a basic understanding of bio-mechanics anatomy and they really push healthy dieting so i will learn more about nutrition as well. I am in no way shape or form saying im an expert because ill never know enough but im not a noob when it comes to the other aspects of fitness besides anabolics. i hope im not sounding too big headed but i just want people on here to know im not a complete noob in fitness, i just dont know much about anabolics. ill end it there but, really thank you for the advice its not falling upon deaf ears. i hope to hear from you again.
