Looking for guidance on my first ever cycle. (yes, ive read the stickies)
I am 6 ft 2 243. Age 35. Been training off and on my whole life. Very active in the military, I was an Army Ranger for 6 years. Trying to get to around 220 or so with 10 percent bodyfat or under. It is a goal that is very important to me. I am not obese. BF is around 19 percent or so(well, not morbidly obese)
I am just looking for a cycle that will give me decent gains and help with cutting stubborn BF.
My test levels are somewhat low(though not gravely so, pretty much in line with my age)
I am currently on a modified "Palumbo cut diet" and train 3 times a week using Lyle Macdonald Generic Bulking Routine
250 Grams of protein/Day, 90 fat.
Looking to ease into it with a cycle that will give decent results(Clen ??) but not the extreme risks and side effects(am aware they all have them!)
as I said, I am new at this. Been training all my life, but I am finally at a point maturity wise and intellectually in which I am ready to take the leap.
the other problem will be sourcing , but I can figure that out!
ive read all the stickies, just need a push in the right direction.I have a goal of competing in BBing, even though I know itll be amateur level certainly(I realize I am late to the game) and doing modelling, etc(hey, some print work focuses on older guys!!) I really think I have the potential to succeed. I am not a deluded Zyzz zealot jockrider or some dude with Jay Cutler or Phil Heath pipe dreams....but I do, really believe I can do this.

6) looking to start my first cycle. primary goal is to shed BF and be a solid 220.
7.) test low, but not abnormally so
so there it is. I am so grateful for any help from you guys/gals. Even though I have read the stickies, trying to figure out my first ever cycle is a daunting task.

add in AI and HCG to that cycle

First cycle is always recommended test only and proper pct.
You should bring your body fat down prior to cycling.

^^^^Good suggestions from all above. Run your diet through the nutrition forum and see what the guru's there have to say. Might be able to tweak it a bit and speed up progress for you. Welcome and good luck!

You should really get it down to 10-15% no higher

What are you refering to when u say test only as theres alot that comes up for just test?

Test c, or test e, or test p. I am in my first cycle in 17 years and I am doing test c. I do 250mg twice a week, as far as AI I am using AR-R stane at .10 I think it's mg Ed. AR-R has a banner here at website. Their stuff is working for me. Than I'm going to use nova for my pct. coming from ex- army myself we appreciate your service bro

Oh and when they mention test only first cycle, that is what veterans here believe is for you first cycle just use test only to see how your body reacts to it. A lot good info here in forums bug the whole website has a lot info man just research it for beginners cycles and you will see what is recommended
