BUT, i have not ordered ANY test for over two months?? However my guy has been shut down do to "seizure/customs" problems.
so..this makes sense BUT i believe Customs is fishing through the customer base and hoping that i will respond.
what are your opinions?

i can tell you my source ended up getting shut down. so i KNOW they have the info on all of his customers. this explains the inaccurate letter. they didn't seize anything form me - i didn't order anything at the time in question..not even close.lol!

Don't respond to a seizure letter deny you ordered the package. Next time you order use TOR so you don't have an IP address or an ISP log somewhere.

Often times they are very late in notifying you of the seizure. It could be something they got a long time ago.
I had some HCG seized once. It was 3 months before I received a letter.
Just ignore it, nothing will happen.

This advice can be used by you but is better suidted for someone with multiple cases of large seizes okay so first off no matter what do not denie it! secondly do not admit to it, do not say anything at all no matter what, even if your a smooth talker and could convince the police your innocent with some bs story, you say nothing! Anything you say can and will be used against to if it goes to court, it can be used against you and never for you and anything to you say to the police to prove your innocence will not help you and even it it could it is considered hear say and will be thrown out in court, if they were to attempted to bring you to court there is a good chance the case would be thrown out but if you denie it they are now able to bring up two charges on you! Importation of a controlled substance as well as obstruction of justice! And now because of the way the law works there's a possibility that they could bring you in just because you denied it. Just because you think convincing the police you innocent will help you it dose not matter, say nothing to the police no matter what happens and there are cases where the police would say "hey were just gonna look through your records here a see what some of your other shipments were" don't say okay or anything because a simple okay or what do you see sir? Is giving them consent to look when in the first place they had no right to look because they would be breaking privacy laws! A good case of this is when a cop pulls you over and asks to to step out of the veical then starts searching your car! By not saying anything at all you are giving him permission but by simply saying sir I do.
