Cunfused about HCG

I'm confused about the proper use of HCG and when the right time is to use it when you aren't using it throughout your entire cycle.
I've heard that you want to wait approx 2 weeks after your last inject then Waite another 7 days after that last inject before beginning PCT. that puts a guy approx 28 days after your last inject of test before even beginning PCT. Is this correct, or am I missing something? I've also read that HCG is one of the most misused/misunderstood compounds. Can someone please help shed some light on this for me please?
