    Updated picture after 6 wks.

So I still think my gear is underdosed, but here's a blurry updated picture. I'll have blood work back any day now.
    600mg Test E/wk
    300mg Tren Ace/wk

    Starting weight 213 (first pic)
    Currently 223-225 (2nd pic)

You look like you have added a little fat, but definitely not 10-12 pounds of fat. Your gear may be underdosed, but it looks lime your making progress. 10 pounds in 6 weeks is doing good.

Your test may be underdosed, but it seems like its not completely bunk. While you running yohr pct and taking the time to recover do lots of research for your next cycle so you have better gear.

If your pct products are from the same lab you may want to look for some pharm grade pct, or at least from a better lab. This is only if the test comes back really underdosed.

LOL....yeah, the beard is looking kinda rugged these days.
As far as my diet... I'ts pretty clean. I have 6-7 meals/day, w/ 2 of those meals being protein shakes. Cardio is 4-5 times/wk at 20-30 minutes. I sweat like crazy my entire workout, & especially during cardio. I just don't know about the gear because I haven't had any significant strength gains or side effects of Tren at all! Here's another pic from the morning after that top pic on the right.

Man, I wish I could find Pharm grade everything!
I just turned 35 & really want to enjoy this, since I've taken so long to do it.
As of now, I've experienced very little to no sides. At first, I'd always wake up with hard on, & they came more often than usual. Not so much the case anymore. Also, I've felt no effects of the Tren . No common side effects at all!
It's kind of pissing me off! I'm willing to spend the money on quality products, but I had no idea it could be that hard to find.

    Average at best! LOL
I train th FK out of them, but they've never been a strong point.
I may start training them 2x/wk, if my knee can hold up. I've had 4 surgeries on the same knee, dating back to when I was 18 hrs old. Had the last surgery at 32. Honestly, that's the only think that's kept me from cycling earlier & stepping on stage. Never thought my knee could handle the work it would take for the legs to really grow.

Sorry to hear about you knee! Still, try and prioritize them by training them first in your week. Even though I know Monday is "Universal Chest Day." Start with your calves as they'll serve to help warm up your knees for the work to follow. Then hit your legs. Remember, you do not need to go "ass to the floor" on your leg work. Do what you can to stay injury free and make progress. You'll get there just train smart.

Actually, I always train legs on Monday. I try to blow em up man, & I'm still able to get pretty deep on squats. Not ass to floor, but below parallel. It's the amount of weight that concerns me most. I don't go heavier that 315 on squats (even tho I can) & that's for 4 sets of 8-12 reps. Usually, I'll finish the last set & immediately start a drop set. I'll take one plate off of each side, & do that Gil failure. I'll do that until there's 1 plate on each side. Brutal!
Then I still have 4 more leg exercises to do.

You should try hams and quads on different days.

    Try pre exhausting them.

    Squats last exercise.

Also maybe try smith machine for them or even the vsquat

My legs were lagging also. I have made great gains by splitting the hams and quads.
I had back surgery so I do not go as heavy as I could, but i make it up with reps. The removal of plates until failure works good, but mix it up. Try supersets, try 15,12,10,8 by upping the weight each set, etc.
