try cycling: gym,eat,sleep then repeat.
no ones gonna give cycle advice to an 18 yo. by the time your ready to use your gear it will have expired.
if you head over to the nutrition section and post up your current diet, you WILL get good advice there tho.

thank you. If i wanted someone to tell me im too young i would ask advice from my trainer. I am going to run the cycle no matter what and just things would go a lot easier if people would just give me the information i need. And no i dont think so, would the board sponsor be a good place to buy from? And is it risky? Reliable?

the use of AAS at any age is dangerous and can lead to serious health complications, but the risks are increased when your younger (say under 25). also his natural test production would be at a high level anyways, so why not take advantage.
also if you think that the "supplements" from buysteroids.com are actually real steroids....then maybe you should do a little more reading of whats actually in them.
and btw, helping him get his diet in check, is the best way of helping. you can make great gains with the right diet.

basically. they are supplements at best. they will probably help you as long as your diet and training are all good.
and lol, i would have done a bit more research before i spent over 1000$ on anything.

You should post a full cycle proposal for critique. I hope your cycle does not consist of these 2 compounds.

Yes you did. Unfortunately, if you are telling the truth, you got jipped. Buysteroids.com as well as many other websites just like it, market herbal supplements as anabolic steroids. They give them similar names to real anabolic steroid compounds, and play around with the wording in order to market them as 'legal steroid alternatives'. no its not the only compounds, i was planning on running test and aromasin too, but i am not sure cause i was looking for help and good advice on it first
