Want first cylce advise.
Hey guys, looking to start my first cycle. im 6'2 and 220 lbs about 28% body fat (i think). have lost 60 pounds over a year and a little and have really platoed the past 3 months. I was wondering if anyone can reccommend a good cycle for me which will boost testosterone and help get rid of the last 25 pounds. I work out (45 min weights 45 min cardio) 4 days a week.
thanks!

HIs bf% is alittle to high to start safely. You want to be 10-15% to start.
Personally I think you should get your diet spot on, this will do wonders. Check out the diet section on here and they will help. If you do a cycle now, it wont give the results you really want imo.

I dont know what all the above posts are about. Anyway...
You should not cycle at age 20. You are still not developed and could do more harm than good cycling this early. Please visit the nutrition forum for advice on how to gain/cut with food.

Gear won't cut fat. Alter your cardio routine and talk to your Dr. (not anything about AAS) about your goals of losing more weight and he/she should be able to alter your diet to help with those goals. My opinion is that he/she will cut your current diet by a certain percentage across the board which would maintain the same percentage of daily values but at a lower caloric intake. This along with the cardio should cut the fat.

ok. so, 1) when it says someone takes 500 mg of something a week, do they do that in specific increments over the week or all at once? also, if i am gonna do a cycle should it be test e or test cyp and can you get it online?

That's pretty close to source fishing man which is a no no. Not to bust your balls but if you do your research then the dosing question will be answered. But seriously listen to austinite, 20 is too young

Gear doesn't directly cause you to lose fat, but gaining 10 or 15 lbs of additional lean mass will elevated your BMR which in turn will help you lose weight. I've seen guys get this situation going and it is sort of like a train rolling downhill. Picking up momentum as it goes.
I knew a guy that stayed practically the same weight over the course of his first cycle. In 16 weeks he went from approx 201@18% to 205@9%.
Started at approx 165lbs lean mass.
Ended at approx 187lbs lean mass.
22lbs lean mass gain while only gaining 4 lbs net. That means while on cycle he lost 18lbs of fat. In 16 weeks. That is difficult to do in the best situation without gaining lean mass.
