This is a poor cycle proposal, age appropriate or otherwise.
You really need to start learning how to eat. That's where the problem is. Use the nutrition forum to fix this. No food no gain, with or without gear.

Yes, you are too young. Now that we have that out of the way (do you know WHY we say you are too young?), you need to understand that you need to grow into your cycle. A first cycle should be a single compound, testosterone, so that you can understand and become familar with how your body handles it. Continue with that same cycle until you begin to plateau with your gains, and then, if you deem appropriate, either increase your dose of test, or add a second compound.
Next, You are looking at three compounds, two of which are orals. Since orals are damaging to the liver, you shouuldn't stack a second oral after finishing a first oral. your liver needs time to heal.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend you ANY cycle until you've spend the last few years in the gym, and after you've dialed in your diet. Too often, newbs come here looking for magic, steroids, and will only be disappointed to find out all their hard won gains are lost since their diet was insufficient to maintain their gains.

Austinite couldn't be any more right. No nutrition plan, no success. It's that simple.
The cycle itself is a very poor choice. Stop taking advice from your distributor or the other kids who only think they know what they are doing.
I am dieting and I have been working out for the last 6 years, I've done orals in the past when I was younger but I was looking to try injections, I have feeled I've plateud, I haven't done any type of steroid in the last 2 years. If running two orals is bad I will just cut out the tbol and run the var for 8 weeks.
if you haven't cycled with test yet, then that should be what you cycle with, and nothing else. You need to really understand the effects and how your body responds to it.Quote:

I am looking to lower my bf% while puttin on atleast 10 pounds of retainable muscle if possible, is there a specific diet or certain calorie intake that would benefit this cycle? I am also on a 4 day routine
