Taking advice and prematurely ending my cycle

I made a post yesterday asking for assistance and it was made clear to me that I simply do not have the knowledge to safely run a cycle. I'm going to take everyones advice and come off the gear until I am ready.

So, where do I go from here? I took 500mg Test-e and 200mg Deca in week 1 and 250mg Test yesterday - Should I wait a couple of weeks before using Clomid as PCT? I don't have Arimidex, should I still order it? I am currently taking 30mg Nolva ED at the moment. What would be the most sensible way of winding this cycle down?
