They are looking for a way to get in shape, bigger, and buffed by investing as little time as possible (i.e. they want to cut corners). Offering advice to these people is reckless and ill-advised.
Both Austinite and creekrat are correct. Any first cycle should only include testosterone. You have no idea how your body will respond which is why a single compound similar to your body's own testosterone is what should be used. Winstrol is a pretty harsh compound. A common side effect is dryness. This can result in stiff joints or injuries to tendons, ligaments, or muscles. Everyone is different in their tolerability but winstrol definitely is a compound for the more experienced user.
There are several schools of thought on workouts (compound vs. isolation exercise; strength vs hypertrophy, etc). Jumping into a routine won't always yield results unless the program is properly designed to support your goals (e.g. Increase size or cut)
The other problem I see is nutrition. Hopefully you have designed a nutrition plan to support your goals as well because EVERYTHING comes from nutrition. You will see very little immediate or long term benefit if you do not have a nutrition plan that supports your fitness goal. Steroids aren't a magic pill. Without the nutrition to support it, you will not achieve or sustain your goals. To use an analogy, which runs better: (1) a car that is well maintained with proper tire pressure, regular oil and filter changes, high octane gas or (2) a car with regular gas, very low tire pressure and oil and filters that haven't been changed in three or more years? Lack of a well designed nutrition plan would be like driving car #2.....only worse!
I have guys tell me all the time, "my diet is dialed in", "I eat well", "My macros are well managed".....most of the time the answers are complete b.s. Tracking your macros DAILY to make sure your actual intake matches your planned intake requires a bigger commitment than most guys realize but when done correctly isn't that much trouble and will put you on the path to success.
I'd advise you to include your nutrition plan with macros so we can help you with the best cycle to achieve the results desired.
