little help with the cycle

Running a 6 week cycle on mdrol I know not to good of a cycle to run but all I could get im going to run a pct of nolva people say run 40 40 20 20 since im running a 6 week cycle now Im not understanding do I just run the pct for 4 days or what I need some explaining
