am i overtraining even though im using steroids ?????
okay so im starting a new training programme in 3 weeks, will be using aas during the programme which will be testosterone 600mg ew,deca 600mg ew & anadrol 100mg ed (first 4weeks) hence the frequent training as when im naturall i train only 4 times per week so here goes
monday: chest & 2 tricep exercises
.flat bench press 4 sets 8-12 reps
.cable crossovers 4 sets 8-12 reps
.incline dumbell press 4 sets 8-12 reps
.dumbell flies 4 sets 8-12 reps
.dips 4 sets 8-12 reps
.skull crushes 4 sets 8-12 reps
tuesday: back & 2 bicep exercises
.lat pull ups 4 sets 3 reps (weighted)
.lat pulldowns 4 sets 8-12 reps
.barbell or dumbell row 4 sets 8-12 reps
.seated cable row 4 sets 8-12 reps
.T-bar rows 4 sets 8-12 reps
.dumbell curls 4 sets 8-12 reps
.lying down cable curls 4 sets 8-12 reps
wednesday: shoulders & traps
.barbell press 4 sets 8-12 reps
.front dumbell laterall raises 4 sets 8-12 reps
.dumbell rear shoulder raises 4 sets 8-12 reps
.behind cable laterall raises 4 sets 8-12 reps
.dumbell shrugs 4 sets 8-12 reps
.barbell shrugs 4 sets 8-12 reps
thursday: biceps & 2 back exercises
.ez preacher barbell curls 4 sets 8-12 reps
.dumbell hammer curls 4 sets 8-12 reps
.rope cable curls 4 sets 8-12 reps
.close grip pull ups 4 sets (how ever many repetitions i can do)
.lat pull ups 4 sets (how ever many repetitions i can do)
friday: tricep & 2 chest exercises
.close grip bench press 4 sets 8-12 reps (smith machine)
.behind the head dumbell extensions 4 sets 8-12 reps
.rope cable press downs 4 sets 8-12 reps
.cable crossovers 4 sets 8-12 reps
.pec deck 4 sets 8-12 reps
saterday: legs
.squats 8 sets 4-12 reps
.leg extensions 4 sets 8-12 reps
.calf raises 4 sets 8-12 reps
each session will last no more than 70 mintues what you guys think am i overtraining is my main question ??????

i cant say are YOU overtraining, cause i dont know and no one does... but i can say, how would it be, if id be training like this or just express my opinion.
when i started 7 years ago, i belived that training is what makes a man. if you do it a lot, you get big... later, i found out that it doesnt work that way, so i started to belive, that quality and form of an exercise is what matters... knowing lots of guys who work out i started to notice, that it doesnt matter either...
some guys do volume, some dont... some guys have perfect form, some dont - the big ones are big, the small ones stay small or grow slowly.
so, what matters really is - food and rest... i belive that you CAN work out a lot, if u can back it up with 10 hours of sleep at night and get a few during a day, if u eat clean and like a horse and do have some advantages that steroids provide.
i would say that you overtrain only because my training is 10 minutes per bodypart - i do like 3-4 exercises, only 1 all-out set, and maybe some rest pause after that, if on roids(kinda mix between Dorian Yates and Mike Mentzer styles).
althou - i dont see any difference in my progress from the time i trained just the way you do, and now - when i do something completely different.
if you feel tired - you might be overtraining... anyway, if you diet is on the top of your game and you get lots of sleep and you feel good - there is no reason to belive that changing the way you train would make any impact on your results.

pct will be starting 2 weeks after last shot clomid 100/100/100/50/50 & nolva 40/40/20/20 may also use some hcg if libido goes down alot

there is no good and no bad... it depends on how it works for you and how you feel

i know its a fair bit however i felt good after pct almost felt it bought my libido up better than before

if you are gaining strength, you arent overtraining. Period. When I was on a cut I was doing more volume than you and still gaining strength, all the while on a caloric deficit. Overtraining is blown out of proportion. It's very difficult to over train, natty or not.
With that being said, you're body might respond and grow better with more or less volume/reps/etc etc. You have to try it all out and see for yourself.
