Cycling while performing excersices to correct APT

APT stands for Anterior Pelvic Tilt. info on it can be found here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=130876763

I'm wondering if I can perform a cycle while correcting APT. My cycle will be a simple 12 week Test cyp cycle at 500mg / week

My APT is pretty mild, While on cycle i will exclude quad exercises and focus on my hamstrings, glutes, and abs twice as much as they are lagging which is a cause for my APT.

What do you guys think? Thanks in advance I will check this thread in the morning when I wake up.

    cheers.

Interesting question. Although I'm not an expert on APT, I really don't see a problem with test and APT. I don't understand why you would exclude quads, or anything for that matter.

I wouldn't worry about the test, the question I would like an answer to is, what did the doctor say about the type of workouts, intensity, frequency and how soon you could start?

I didn't go to a doctor about it because it is nothing serious. It just ruins my posture.

I will be excluding quads because they are over developed compared to my glutes, hams, and abs, which is the reason for my bad posture (APT) (neglected glutes, hamstrings, and abs for the past few months, silly mistake i know)

If anything the test will help my lagging body parts catch up to my quads. I am also doing stretches which should help with the posture over time.
