First Cycle advice please
Hey guys how's everyone doing??So,i'm new to the forum and have a few questions on starting my first cycle...First off I have been working out off and on since I was in high school i'm 34 now so it's been a while,but have been hitting the gym steady meaning 5 days a week for over a year now..My stats are 6'1 205 at 13% BF and consider myself to be in good shape..So my question about the cycle i'm starting..I have a bottle of BIO TS 400 and BIO NANDRO 300 DECA seeing it's my first cycle and i've heard stack them and then people say do the test only first advice on that please???I plan on doing the cycle for 12 weeks and was wondering if I need to take anything while on the cycle??I 100% plan on the pct which is another question I need help with from you guys on what the best product would be to take as a pct???I want to do this cycle the right way and want to get the most out of it so any feedback and information would be greatly appreciated..Thanks for any help or information any has

1st you would do good to do some research.Know wat your putting into your body and how it reacts.Read the sticks learn about pct gyno.We are here to help you not spoon feed you.Hit the diet section post your diet with macros.This will give you your best bang for your buck.Now 1st cycle test only this way if you have a reaction you know wat it is.500mg a week.You dont have enough get 2 more 10ml vials.You will need a AI like Adex start .25eod.Hope this helps.

Songdog 1 more vial of test will be enough since its 400mg
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Hy,thanks for the fast respones..So I would rather not go back to my guy and ask him to trade to be honest..I bought the stuff and didn't do enough homework obviously so it's my fault not his and will just keep the Deca for a future cycle..I will however go grab another bottle of the test though..So here's the diet plan I plan on using..I actually got it off this site and plan on changing a few small minor changes here and there and chicken/fish in there instead of so much tuna...What is the best AI for a test only cycle???
7:45 250 ml of egg whites
2 small tortillas, mushrooms, fat free cheese & salsa
1 English muffin with no sugar added jam & peanut butter
15 gm of whey protein
25 gm of oatmeal
10:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
15 ml of flax seed oil
12:45 8 eggs & green onion & light mayo (makes an egg salad)
3 pieces of whole-wheat bread w/ ham
1 banana
15 gm of whey protein
1 yogurt
3:15 1 1/2 can of tuna
15 ml of flax seed oil
5:15 120 gm of steak
20 gm of whey protein
Mustard
50 gm of carrots
5 ml of flax seed oil
1 HOUR TRAINING START 6:00PM to 7:00PM
7:15 60 gm of whey
5 rice cakes (caramel flavored)
1 apple
2.5 ml of flaxseed oil
9:30 125 gm of cottage cheese
15 gm of whey protein
1 no sugar added fat free yogurt

thats good foods but i dont know the macro's with out figuring it out or what yout tdee is to know if its what you should follow

I ran the same diet got great results. That will make you gain clean weight.

Yes,I grabbed it from his thread...It looks great,but like I said I need to change up the Tuna (not a big fan) with some Chicken or A different Fish....
