First cycle (in 15 years) Tren ace and test p
As the title says this might as well be my first cycle. I am in my 30s Only time I ever cycled was 15 ish years ago. I am thinking about
Tren Ace 80mg EOD
Test P 100mg EOD
Anastrozole .5mg ED
I work out every day with weekends off. I eat very healthy and dont drink. My goal is lean and harden up with some gain in mass. I would love any input you can give me.

I'd lose the Tren since it's been so long since you've cycled. Anyway, what are your stats and plan for PCT? How long you plan on running this cycle?

Might as well put your stats down like age, height, weight, years in the gym, etc.
Why not treat this like your first cycle and do test only? Also, read Atomini's new Tren sticky regarding dosing Test lower and letting the Tren do the work. He did a very impressive write up!!!

200lb, 35yo, 6' feet, off and on but my job in refineries is a great work out. I work 7 days a week 12 hours a day. My tool bag a lone that I pull up 200 feet on a rope is easy 100-150lb I have to walk up 10 floors of steps multi times a day. I use tools like a 60-100lb jack hammer for hours at a time. But I been in the gym none stop for 2 months. To work my muscles good before I jump into a cycle.

The prop dose is fine. PCT is inadequate as you need to employ clomid as well. And PCT should start 3 days after last injection. Hit PCT Forum to educate yourself a bit more.
But forget the prop talk for now. With your work schedule and the manual labor involved, i'd like to know what you eat. That schedule is brutal and wondering how you even manage to make it to the gym. How long is this work schedule going to last?

I eat 5 or 6 times a day. Skin less bone less chicken breast for two meals with brown rice and broccoli. For one meal after work out o been going eating an 8oz buffalo steak and asparagus. One soy meal replacement shake before work out with creotine and ill eat a can of tuna in water nothing added if I NEED a snack ill eat a banana or raw almonds. I work 7/12s say about 10 months out of the year.

And dedication is how I am fitting it into my schedule. 12 hours of work 2 hours at gym. Still leaves 10th hours in the day. I always get a hotel around a gym when I work out of town.

I would think it would be safe to suggest something a little more substantial than the soy drink. But then again, i don't know what's in it and don't know your complete diet.
from what you've given, it doesn't sound that bad.
But i am worried that maybe you're over training. Considering your work schedule it's important you rest. If your muscles are constantly broken down, they can't grow. operating a jack hammer must be brutal on back and arms. So maybe concentrate on other body parts that aren't taxed so much on a daily basis?
As for your cycle, i think you'd like running the prop @ 150mgs EOD. Leave the tren alone for now as you can always add it later. Run that for 8-10 weeks and start a basic nolva/clomid PCT 3 days after your last injection. Besides the other nasty sides associated w/tren, it also tends to fatigue a lot of people, myself included. And w/your schedule, that's the last thing you need.

10-4 I will indeed take your advice I have to cook things on a gorge foreman grill and steamer so limited on some stuff. Is arr nolva/clomid good? I'll research more on the pct and order it. I appreciate your advice.

Why do you say he needs Nolva and Clomid both? I've noticed a lot of guys on here say you need both SERM's for PCT. Typically I'd disagree, I think one or the other can be fine. Still, I've never seen anyone give a reason why you need both, at least not one that makes sense and justifies it. If there is a good reason I'm all ears.

I believe it was 75mg I was at work and just put 80...
Also Anyone here know anything about "Durvet" "High level Vitamin B Complex" I was at the feed store picking up some "Absorbine" and picked some up thinking I might research it and see how good it would be in with my PCT for some energy.
