1st cycle- ran into a problem. Was it the steroids?

If it were somehow from the AAS (unlikely), it would be from some form of contamination, not the actual drug itself.

Without any more test results from the docs, there's not much else we can tell you.

But no, this is not a plausible side effect of AAS.

Thank you for the reply, much appreciated. Upon meeting my doctor in 10 days and he says my heart and liver are working at normal rates again, would it be a bad idea to continue my cycle?
If i am not mistaken, one of the many doctors that were feeding me information said the only way to tell what caused this would be to take tissue from the heart and examine it which obviously wont be happening. Sorry, I also am uncertain of what AAS stands for.

I get those symptoms all the time and they started years before I tried steroids . I think it has a lot to do with the preworkout shit we put in our bodies!! Plus my family has a HUGE history of heart trouble.

very interesting. i am def never going to use any of those ever again. my family has NO history of heart problems, but was def one of the 1st questions asked upon arrival in the ER

Possible contamination or infection is most probable. 5 weeks isn't long enough to induce cardiac changes although some evidence suggests long term use of anabolics may contribute to a thickening of the left ventrical. Any family history of heart disease?

I've been on PWOs consecutively for three years. Way too long and the problem with many OTC products is people mistakingly assume that if they are OTC, they must be safe. These products are not regulated as closely as the foods we consume or the drugs/devices developed.

I understand the long term use of steroids will damage vital organs down the road, but not 5 weeks of usage. your 100% right about the "just because its OTC its ok" theory because that caught me off guard. also there is no history of heart problems in my family. my grandfather passed of heart failure but I believe that was just freak, not genetic. i was very young but I am pretty certain it happened all in a day or two and he was totally healthy.

I just want to know if its safe to continue. I would really really really just like to finish these last 5 weeks up get the full results do PCT and then figure out the next one, if I want to. upon leaving the hospital I did not get any prescriptions for anything to taper me off. i am assuming when I return to the hospital in 10 days they are going to draw blood but increased test levels will not raise a red flag, will they?

you got that right. had a long talk with the doc about that. first thing i did when i came home from the hospital was throw them out

No, at least not with gear from the same place. It could be contaminated.

so you are saying these is a chance the steroids are contaminated? since i am new to this i have never heard of that, how exactly would it get contaminated?

just some more info a brand new needle is used every time. it is cleaned with an alcohol wipe as well as the top of the bottle before use.

You want me to tell you, exactly, how a product that I don't know anything about potentially caused a condition that I have been given no info on? Are you listening to yourself? How about you just use some good sense and not go right back to using the only glaring culprit to your illness, since you have given us nothing else to suspect?

There are many ways it can be contaminated, I have seen hair in a bottle of tren before. It basically depends on how careful the lab was when making it. Also it is possible to contaminate things yourself, by not using sterile procedure. Unless the gear you have is pharma grade, from a real pharmaceutical company, I would not use it anymore.

We got winni back in the day when it came from Upjohn and two of the tops were diff colors from the rest of them my buddy took them injected in both his legs..he didn't walk for 3 months,abscesses in both legs..turned out to be paint thinner or some such?trust your source...

I know a guy ( an amateur bodybuilder) he takes like 3 scoops of NO shot gun( its a pre workout shake) while hes on his cycle ( hes in the third month now) and he has never had any problems.

Holy hell, that's evil. An old friend of mine knew a place that he could send a sample of his gear to and get it tested. He would do this with every cycle even from the same source.

this sounds like the right thing to do. i will def be doing this next time around.

ive decided to not even bother to cal my doc to see if i can continue use. instead i am going to just go the natural way for the rest of the summer fall and winter. i plan on getting back on next spring with a different product. if anyone has any suggestions on what i should go with the next time around, please let me know what your thinking. thank you all for helping me out i really appreciate it!

I used to do that I got some results on some old posts here on AR it's important to know what ur putting in your body as far as purity and dosage..
