Should i take dianabol before or after my workout? Long if before or after? Would dianabol have any affect on my private area?

You should NOT take dianabol or any other steroid for that matter, as you are only 19 years old.... as for the second part of you question, yes it will affect your private area

Dont take AAS at 19, especially aromatizing ones like dbol. Also it should be taken on a daily basis on training days and off days, not some workout timing as you suggest--Its not an amphetamine. It will cause testicular atrophy if thats what you mean.
