the way i find my spots is measure a hand length (index finger to thumb) from your hip down your leg, then a hand length from your knee UP your leg, then pick the middle of the gap, that should be a meaty part aswell, a nurse showed me that.

Hey bro, the quad is a big muscle u should be able to move up and down it with little problems. I only inject my quads and i have no problems
