it hurts like hell is this normal. when i open the ampule i always get a crushed top any tips on opening a sustanon amp without crushing the top?

Wrap a towl/flannel around the bottom of the amp and then just snap the top off with your fingers. Or use a Biro lid or Amp opener

Use a pen top (preferably a metal pen top) never broken one this way

Just put the amp in one hand with a glove on, then use the a plastic lid from a bic pen, it fits on top perfect and snaps the top off the amp. Yeah Susie will leave you a bit sore, its pretty normal.

From what I've heard lately, Karachi's are very easy to open. Some people don't even score it, they just snap it off with the pen cap. I have an amp opener, so I score it, but since it's Karachi's, you don't need to score it much, just a little bit, and it snaps off. Go to www.getpinz.com and see if you can get some from there, also, if you are out of the U.S., then try a simple saw blade. A very very fine one, and just score it a couple times, and it should be enuff.

The way I do it is score it a bit with an amp opener, put a sock on my left hand, holding the amp, and then put a pen cap on top, make sure it's level with the neck of the amp, and then I snap it with my right hand, a QUICK and fast motion, and you pretty much get a clean break. I only shattered the top once, it was my first time doing it, and I think it's cuz I squeezed too hard, don't worry, you'll get used to it fairly fast.
