Ive looked everywhere on Info on B12 - and I really cant find alot. Ive heard or read, that 1000MCG 3 or 4 times a week is the norm. But i have questions....
Can I pin it with my TEST E?
And what about smaller doses? WOuld 500 each pin work?! Also I see some say in the muscle - some say in the fat...where do you pin?? Thanks guys -- any help would be great
Yes its water based. You can add it right in each day. Doesnt matter where you pin it. Most run it each day at 1000mcg's a day.

WTF LOL. AR-R has it. Its cheap, very cheap. And you can pin it in the muscle or not. Since your pinning test with it, go muscle.

Yeah just use inslin for pinning. You can shot it anywhere muscle wise. Let us now if you use ar-r and how it goes for you?
