I recommend taking it twice a day. Split it in half. The half life is 9hrs I believe. 30mgs in the am, then 30mgs 9hrs later.

Oh and I wouldnt run longer then 6-8wks on orals. I also recommend running Test with it also. It may not shut you down competely but it will decrease your levels at 60mgs.

yeah, a lower dose may be in your blood stream more often
but the other way, you have a much higher dose for 9 hours of the day.
