you can do it...i personaly would choose a bigger muscle like the quad or glute with that much volume but you wont know for yourself how it will be till you try it...it may be no problem for you...
I pin 3 ml each delt once a week. But if your just starting out you might want to pin the glutes or quads.Quote:

As all have said its an idividual thing. For me around 2 is fine and about 2.3 - 2.4 is great, really stretchs the muscle and makes me feel like a hero ....
What I would suggest is working your way up a half ml at a time.
