    test e cycle and hgh

    Hi to all. i was just looking for some advice im going to do my first test e cycle and was thinking seen as hgh is perminent could i run my cycle as planned start till finish then maybe go on and do hgh i dont really want to loose up to 50% of gains once i finish my cycle. Would this work. any help please.

    no, do a proper pct. gh doesnt work that way
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Have u gor any advice as to how to keep as much of my gains as possible after i finish.

    do a good pct and eat to maintain your new weight, not what you were eating before.
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Will that keep the gains i make because everything i read just goes on about loosing up to 50%

    if you loose 50% your doing something wrong. Also alot of people put on alot of water weight if they dont have a good diet or use an ai. You will loose that after cycle. So some people mistake that for gains

    You've been here before asking about a cycle and I asked you to post your nutrition plan with daily cals and macros. If you do not have the right nutrition plan laid out to support your gains off cycle, you will lose most gains no matter what you take. In the absence of proper nutrition and the right amount of the right foods you WILL deflate like a balloon.

    Many guys claim to have their nutrition in order, but very few of them do.

    Like I said. You want our help. Do what we tell you to do and we will help. Currently muscleink is helping me dial in my diet and motivation. This is a lifestyle. Either your all in or all out.
