First cycle need experienced check
So i am 19 years old. I started training at 16. I have learned a lot while training and i will be happy to learn more. Right now i am at 80kg, 186cm, about 6-7% body fat. I will run my first cycle but i have few questions first. So i just finished my cut and i am going bulking next month.
1.My maintenence is about 3200k a day ,while bulking i am going for 3600k a day (i would say about 40%/40%/20% c/p/f). Should i increse my calories intake while on gear? Or only increse my protein?
2.I've read about the bursting method. I think of doing a 5 day split consisting of compound and isolation weights about 6-8 for compound and 10-12 for isolations for minimum of 14 sets per muscle area.
Roughly 22-28 sets per day. Should i avoid doing cardio (usually 3-4km run) on my off days?
3.I've decided i would go with:
Cycle 1:
Cyp 400mg/wk
Nolvadex 10mg ED
I will cycle 8 weeks deload 2 weeks with PCT and after 8 weeks i should hook on my nexy cycle. So after 1-8 weeks of cyp i should start nolvadex 18 days after my last injection is that right?
Cycle 2:
D-bol 40mg ED
Enan 500mg/wk
Nolvadex 10mg ED
I've seen these cycles in the newbie starting thread. So in here i should intake D-bol 40 mg ED for 4 weeks, 500mg every week for 8 weeks and nolvadex 2 weeks after last injection, correct?
4.As far as i know i can split 500 mg into 250mg 2 times the week?
Thank you for your spared time and helping me with this i am very thankful.

You shouldnt cycle at all until the age around 25. Just for health reasons. Just train, eat, rest well. Keep reading and reseaching and wait.

I am acquainted with AS i've read what i've needed and i am familiar with the side effects of the drug. I am reaching a plateau where gaining 5lbs musle mass a years would be great, i need a boost. Can someone please be serious and just check what i am doing if it's correct.

Obviously you did your homework and know what to do but I can't tell a 19 year old to use steroids so my advice is to try gaining naturally for 2 years before hitting the juice.

So you know that by the time you are in your late 20's you will more then likly need trt then? Also if you decide to stop using aas at that age gaining muscle/results natually will be harder?

Nice cut and paste from the newbie section. That said your stats are similar to mine at 19. By the time I was 25 I was a solid 215 10% body fat. I lived in the middle of nowhere at that time and had no access to AAS. They say ask the biggest guy in the gym so I was that guy and had no clue. I worked my ass off and ate clean. Went on to win some local/ regional Bodybuilding contests.
So are you willing to do the work or just looking for the shortcut?

the main point here is that you are not ready to cycle, you are getting excellent advice maybe you should listen...
just out of interest how long did you plan to have off between cycle 1 and 2, just the 2 week deload?

nolva on cycle is an old practice. it is better to use an AI instead.
cycling at such a young age is not advisable unless you really plan to do this for the rest of your life. you have no other ambitions? like becoming a lawyer? or doctor? do you really want to be a bber for the rest of your life?

The topic is you have reached a plateau. Clearly it is diet and training related. It's impossible for you to reach near your genetic limits at 19 let alone early 20s.
Many of is have been there, myself included. Knowing what I know now it's was 100% diet and over training. I started lifting at 14 btw so i was 2 years ahead of you and I was not even close to a real plateau.

Mate,
As you can tell, very few of us want to give potential damaging advice to someone your age. We need to be able to sleep at night too. I understand you have goals, but there are other ways to get there without all the drugs.
Try focusing on improving your diet and exercise routines for now. Wait until after your hormonal system is fully developed/mature, somewhere around your mid twenties, before starting in with steroids .
Good luck!

Don't be ignorant and listen to them! Your 6'1 170 something pounds....you have a lotttttt more space to fill out. Food and sleep are you're savior for the weight gain you want now! When you have to start drinking your food and feeling like you might explode everyday you will know your eating enough .

6'1 80kg your issue here is DIET, you need to eat and eat clean and big, you can easily get steroid like gains that you will keep at your age if you eat and train right.
example, I had a mate that had been training a few years (not living near me) I went over there and showed him a few tips on training and wrote out a diet plan and a whole bunch of tips I learnt here, he had never cycled but wanted to really bad.
Lucky he wasnt a dumn arse and he listed, taking on all the diet advice at 6'2 he went from 86kg to 102kg NATURALLY in 8 months, that size increase (that he kept) is far better than most people that cycle and it was all to do with his diet and some training.
Moral of the story, you are not even close to ready yet, learn to eat and yo uwill be amazed, cycle anyway and you will just drop back to where you are now anyway because your diet is the problem, not lack of hormones
