    Strength question

    If you are near your natural limit, what type of gear/dosages would it take to increase strength by 30% or more? (For example, if your max bench was let's say 250 lbs. and wanted to increase to 325 lbs.+)

    Dude that's not true strength with gear, I raised my bench before I started cycle from 255 to 315 in less than 3 months, I started doing a power workout. This is it. Bp 4 sets 3-5 reps, inclines 3 sets 6-12 reps,dp 3 sets 6-12 reps, dips 3 sets6-12 reps, flys 3 sets 6-12 reps. 1 burn set 50 reps machine flys. When I started including dips my whole upper body developed some nice thickness, going to be part of my routine forever. High weight low reps you can bring your bench up.
