Is it better to inject deca once or twice a week
I thought twice a week would keep levels more stable, but would once a week have a more anabolic affect ?

When I've added it with my TRT, I have been breaking it up 2x per week, and I have had better results all the way around as opposed to 1x per week. As you said, it should be more stable, or call it a better balance, and for me personally it made managing the prolactin sides much easier, probably due to keeping the spikes lowered. I do the same thing with my TRT protocol, and it definitely mitigates the spikes, and helps manage the E2 a little easier.
I added 5mg of cabergoline (2.5mg x 2/wk) when I take Deca. However, if you're taking larger doses of a Nor19 compound like deca or tren, you might need to look at a little more caber, maybe 1mg/wk. For me, 300mg/wk is sufficient to compliment a HRT protocol.
twice a week for deca, unless its npp, then 3 times a week
I just finished a cycle of deca and enanthate , I did inject twice per week but mix em together so basically I injected 2x per week and that's it , had great results and probably no sides , good luck on it cycle .
~~BK2~~
Planing my next cycle and it looks like this.
Test E 500 mg weeks 1-12
Deca 250mg weeks 1-10
2 shots per week
My questions is what are the best AI's to have on hand because I hear deca has a different kind of gyno side effect which Nolva will make it worse. prolactin gyno? I want to have everything on hand to kill the gyno bud if it pops its head up. I have some Nolva, liquidex on hand already. What else should I have on hand? Also since my Test mg out weighs the deca do you think deca dick will be an issue? Thanks for any feed back on this.
