Good for protecting against gynecomastia when using aromatizing steroids . Attaches to the receptors in the place of estrogen preventing it from binding. This is enough protection for a lot of men, but just as many will need something stronger like an AI. AI's actually inhibit aromatase and lower the body's total estrogen levels. If 10mg of Nolva doesn't protect you from aromatase based gyno, you can try 20mg/ed but normally if 10mg doesn't work 20mg won't...not always but often. If 20mg doesn't work, no amount will and you'll need an AI.
Great for PCT purposes. Stimulates the pituitary to release more LH and FSH, which in turn stimulates the testicles to make more testosterone . This will help speed the recovery process up. No, it won't bring you to complete recovery, there is no PCT plan on earth that can do that. However, it will ensure you have enough testosterone in your system to function properly while your levels continue to naturally rise.
Cons, Nolvadex is an extremely side effect friendly SERM in most cases. The most common side effects are acne and headaches and rarer abdominal discomfort. White blood cell count can also decrease and in some instances although very rare, hair loss. There are also several female related possible side effects but I'm guessing you're interested in male performance related.

Use the search function and read the stickies in the educational threads section.
I'm tired of people asking to be spoonfed information that is already laid out for them to read. Enough of this.
