whats up guys, last time i posted i was thinking test e, deca, and dbol for my next cycle, upon posting pics of myself i was criticized for my bf% which i found out was 23% at 265lbs at 5'11"
read a lot of posts in the diet section, learned, cleaned up my diet, started doing cardio and the weight fell off! its insane what a little nutrition can do along with some hard work
my current stats are 248lbs, 16.8% bf, i bought a caliper to measure my progress, i can start to see my abs (barely), my strength has been thru the roof so i know im not losing muscle
bf is still high and i wont be touching gear until im 10% (cycling is going to be my reward, something to work for) but i want to get my ducks in a row now for my cycle
week 1-12 Test E 500wk
week 6-12 Winstrol tabs 50mg ED
week 1-12 Exemestane .5mg ED
week 8-9 HCG 2000iu/wk
week 9-12 HCG 1000iu/wk
PCT:
day 1 Clomid 200 mg + Nolva 40mg
following 10 days Clomid 50mg + Nolva 20mg
following 10 days Clomid 50mg
going to be taking Glucosamine and Chondroiton for the joints and Milk thistle as well
am i good to go? or should i take out and/or add some things
