    Very sore after first injection of sus 350

    Hey guys quick question.

    I injected my first ever cycle of sustanon 350 in my left tricep. Holy hell am I sore. I can barely bend my arm let alone lift any weights.

    Next time I think I am going to inject in my glute. Is this normal? Will this be the case for the entire cycle? If so, this is going to suck because I can't lift shit when my arms are this sore.

    Any advice on minimizing soreness?

    How much are you injecting? If your first injection is in a virgin smaller muscle group then it is going to be sore regardless. I would look into pinning your glutes or thighs, there a bit more tolerable.

    I also include pecs and delts in my rotation. Stay away from a certain area if you know you're going to be lifting with it in the near future.

    I only use tri's when i'm pinning prop or tren a. I suggest glutes, quads and delts. Sust is usually pretty mild.

    very normal for first pin. u also have to figure out what works pinning wise for you.. for example a 23guage or a 25 gauge (i use a 25) also location can make a difference. I like the top outer of my quad n the teardrop above the knee. some people like a tight muscle to pin into, others fully relaxed. i my muscle semi tight (for example if you stand up fully your muscle is engaged and tight, if you sit down and throw your leg up your and fully relax your quad is loose. i like to stand but take the pressure off so its its in-between contracted and uncontracted) taking a hot shower and or stretching can help for pinning pain as well as a very mild workout of that muscle 20min of easy cardio type exercise to help blood get there n absorb the compound. make sure ur alcohol swabbing the top of your vial as well as your injection spot. warming up the bottle helps. as u continue to pin u will start to loose the pain. its most likely because its a virgin muscle. even when i hit a non virgin muscle i usual get a little pain for the first couple of pins. gl!

    Considering this was your first injection, I'm going to assume that you did not have a steady hand while injecting. This could cause tears in the muscle, as the tip of the needle is like a blade. Muscles will react, swell, turn red and become uncomfortable. This should go away after 2 or 3 days. Try quads, it's much easier to keep a steady hand.

    If it does not go away, however, you should get it checked for infection, which is unlikely if you prepped properly.

    Anything in the calf sucks. I did that......... once.

    Lol.....gotta love newbies who think this is going to be "easy". The only place I never feel sore is my glutes. Quads, pecs, delts, biceps, calves, triceps....I've done them all and hell ya they all hurt. I lift 5 days straight and pin 3 days. I hurt somewhere all the time.

    It's the price you gotta pay so suck it up man.

    Massage that shit out or take some ibuprofen and work through it.

    Well here is the good news it does get less sore after a wile you get some what used to it ink is right but it it's not always as bad as the first few

    Yeah stick to the big muscle groups. Glutes, delts, and quads. You only have to pin every other day or every three days. Thos 6 spots are plunty.

    ya but @ what dosage per ml? you can always cut w/oil.. even add some eo..

    Lmao.....I push 8ml every MWF. My tren is 150 mg/ml, my sust is 400mg/ml. All other compounds are 100mg/ml. Takes me three separate pins to get all the gear in an I don't load any more than 3cc per injection site.

    Trust me, there aren't many places that don't hurt and with 5 consecutive days of training before I get a break, pain is something I just have to work through. I pretty much pass out from exhaustion by Friday night! Lol

    Training with a former body builder in California. We have an aggressive 12 week plan. Trying to bump weight from 190lbs to 215lbs. Training 5 days on, 2 days off (rest). Fasted cardio 4 days. 4000 cal diet daily.

    12 week cycle:

    Week 1-5:
    Primo 2cc
    Tren 2cc
    Tprop 1cc
    Cyp 2cc
    Anavar 100 mg M-F
    2iu IGF
    10iu hgh

    Week 6-12:
    Primo 2cc
    Tren 2cc
    Sust 1cc
    Mast 1cc
    Cyp 2cc
    2iu IGF
    10iu hgh

    The cyp is part of a TRT plan. Not necessary but need to stay on so I can bridge between cycles.

    Started week 6 this week. Sides have been manageable except tren is kicking my ass. Might reduce tren before end of cycle. I had my lab run my bloods yesterday to check all levels for ranges.

    ahh that explains the cyp. i was like ???. curious to y u would throw in sus at the last half of ur cycle? u said m/w/f.i would pin ED with prop, n acetate ester as well as sus blend. better plasma levels. why the switch? is that so it has some build to taper into ur trt?. personally i wouldn't have touched ur test i think higher tren to test ratio is the way to go. no need to really up the test with tren unless ur body has libido issues also imo. so u were already running trt and/or plan to for life yes?
