GF is already a spazball, Clen make her too annoying?

So my GF wants to loose some weight but works a lot and doesn't have time to exercise 5 days a week.
Im helping her work on her diet as it is, but she wants to loose some weight for one of her jobs, where is is pretty much required to be thin.
Wanted to try CLen bu she is already like really energitic and spazzy. Would CLen make it unbearable?

Yes this thread is for real. LOL

Lol..Clen makes me worn out n jittery, quite the opposite of more energetic. Now if you wanna make her really energetic n bouncing off the wall try an ECA stack

    Mate,
If she doesn't exercise, instead of a harmful chemical, why don't you put her on the Atkins diet for two months? No carb intake = fat metabolization and she will lose weight. When i'm overweight, i can lose 1/2 poound a day for two months. I don't count calories. I don't go hungry. I just 100% avoid ALL carbs and the weight/fat just melts off. I then switch to a South Beach diet at the beginning of month three, since it is a healthier and more sustainable diet.
Let me know if you have any questions

I agree that the atkins diet works very well and fast ! You just really have to be careful when you stop, the rebound is insane! I've seen it so many times, people gain all their weight back and more if they don't introduce carbs slowly back into their diet. Just my experience.

I didn't say STOP, i said "SWITCH", as in to the South Beach. South Beach provides greater flexibility in what you eat compared to the Atkins. Southbeach allows carbs to a certain amount, but insists on a low glycemic value and high fiber as a majority of your carb intake. it does allow some fruit, but sparingly.

So, under what circumstances would it be appropritate to take Clen? I'm just wondering what some of these outrageously priced so called weight loss clinics are pushing? Would it be possible to cut down on the dosage of Clen for a slower weight loss and less side effects? Just wondering?

I know Roman, I was agreeing with you, the south beach sounds good, any more info on that diet?

She does exercise just more like 2-3 days a week, but when she/we do its pretty intense. I thought clen at a lower dose because maybe I could just get much more out off those exercises. She is good at drinking a lot of water, But I am having trouble helping her with diet. She loves breads. I honestly think if she was taking something just the fact that she is on something would make her try and diet better. I have heard that the stuff makes you pretty jittery and I dont want her to get all weak and collapse. She looks great as it is, just her job might need her to loose a few pounds. Im still going to push a diet for a while longer, just didnt know if the stuff had like an amphetamine like effect where she will be talking non stop and what not.

Even a small dose of clenbuterol is likely to give her the shakes, My wife tried for a few days and said she would rather diet, I take 6 times the amount she used and feel no side effects, I only use it for 2 weeks on at 120 mcgs/day. She tried 20mcgs. I think all in all the diet is the better option for most women. Certainly if they have never used drugs! I would not have any idea at all if they were using other illegal substances. Here it is legal and cheap! Good luck, John

I'd suggest getting her to read up on IF.

Roman makes great suggestions with south Beach and Atkins as well.

All she needs to do is get her calories down under maintenence and she will lose some fat.

Clen seems like a harsh option more like for a bodybuilder needing to get under a certain level of already low bodyfat for a competition.

I've lost around 50 pounds over abotu 6 months using IF without any stimulants at all. IMHO those are finishing touches for a contest, not general bodyfat maintenence.
