Have questions need answers for first cycle

I'm wanting to do my first cycle to loose fat and gain muscle. Right off the bat I'd like to say I have a higher body fat and I know you shouldn't roid when having a higher bf. I'm willing to risk the possible side effects to meet my gains and goals. What would be the best cycle of test to do and the best ai to take to prevent gyno and other negative effects to take with the cycle? Also how to take the ai with the cycle and when and for post cycle

    Thanks

Hard work goes a long way. Why risk it, when you can get to a safe body fat % then run a cycle and look/feel great.

^^ agree with above, mate your better of doing it the right way from the start, get your diet in check and hit the cardio 6 days a week if not 7, get that body fat % down, and juice of a good base. and in the meantime do your research on aa's,ai's,pct treatment and a beginner cycle, everything you asked is all in the stickies in this forum, dont get me wrong me along with the other members of this forum are here to help eachother and share knowledge..... but you gotta put a little bit of work in and help yourself! btern...

    What are your stats?

If you are unable to loose weight without AAS, what makes you think you're going to lose weight while on them? It all depends on your diet and nutrition and from what you are saying, it is safe to say you have little to no knowledge on how to eat properly.

If you do not know how to eat properly AAS will take you nowhere. If anything, you will probably just end up damaging your health and messing yourself up.

Quit looking for a shortcut because there are none!

This is why I always recommend fixing diet first. Once you get to a comfortable level, you will be accustom to your diet changes and your training, and then your cycle results will sky rocket.

You need real protein ( chicken , tuna , steak) not 200 g of protein powder
