    Prop/Tren Cycle Questions

    age 24
    Weight 198

I'm on my 4th week out of 12 weeks on Tren ace and Prop. Im taking 1cc of each every other day..

I'm pretty sure i got my diet on point and my gym routine, Im deff seeing a lot of muscle growth and a big reduction in body fat.. My gut has decreased a lot

My problem is everyone has been telling me the past few days ive been looking very bloated in my neck area/arms and legs.. Any way i can prevent this or help?

I'm planning on starting Var and Arimidex next week for more fat loss and to prevent gyno.. Will That help??

    Any advice much appreciated..

you should have been using the arimidex already. Yes it will help
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

i have no need for arimidex .. No gyno atleast not yet but im worried its gonna start and because of the bloating/water retention im deciding to start it.

ive been getting help from my friend whos been cycling for years, he even told me i don't need it..

i guess im lucky that i haven't got gyno

high estrogen levels cause more then gyno. There are other health issues read the thread at the top of the page from swifto.
if your on steroids your estrogen will be high. I never get gyno no matter how much i run. doesnt mean i dont use an ai.
Just because your friend has been cycling for years he knows alot

an AI will help prevent the aromatize enzyme from converting test into estrogen (estrodial). this e will attach to a receptor blocking T from attaching. This decreases the effectiveness of your cycle as you have only so many receptors available.

Your first cycle you know not to use tren . But whatever. IMO if your going to do this listen to advise above. And only run this 8 weeks. You will have plenty of gains I promise.

X2 8 weeks is plenty.. your gains begin to slow greatly after this. Give Ronnie Rowlands thread a read. He is a big advocate of keeping short esters no longer than 8 weeks.

From experience, and this is just me,I stop seeing gains from prop completely around week 9. I have run it up to 12 weeks n after 10 all I got was increased sides. Tren I stopped after 6.5 weeks.. the sides were unbearable even at 350/wk.
